I’m Christine LaBaw, founder of Exceptional Talent Company.

My career as a Senior Executive and Personal Assistant in Palm Beach and New York supporting Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) Founders and CEOs showed me how to know first-rate talent when I see it.

Having had my heels on the ground in bespoke assistant roles in major cities, I have first-hand experience with the level of excellence, integrity, and privacy required. 

While in these positions, I honed my craft…
